What we do
We provide a range of services
and activities that provide support to enable individuals or groups to achieve a better quality of life. We want people to
get the best out of their well-being in their later years by having access to services and activities that best suit their
needs.
When you contact us you can ask to discuss a support plan for yourself, your
loved one, someone you care for, a parent, a relative or someone else you know. Or you may simply need some information. Either
way we can help.
We offer services and activities.
For many people they can simply choose what they want to access. It may be to book a place at
our one of our monthly lunch clubs, or a Coach Trip or to join one of our Information Workshops. On
the other hand you may be unsure of exactly what you’d like to do and may feel you’d like someone to help you
sort through what is available to you. That’s the time to talk to one of our Information and Advice staff who can guide
you with regard to personal support. We will listen to what you want to do and we can discuss with you how to achieve a better
quality of life and general well-being. We call this Personal Support Planning and it is available to everyone. It will help
you make decisions about your needs.
You will require an appointment for this service.
